*All shipping charges include handling, order processing, item selection, packaging and transportation of items.

**Total delivery time includes processing and carrier transit time. Business days do not include Saturdays, Sundays, or holidays.

Standard

Our Standard Shipping combines the capabilities of UPS, USPS, and other regional carriers to deliver packages to you more efficiently.

This allows packages to arrive on Saturday as well as any other business day. Tracking is available through our website or your confirmation or shipment emails, and will indicate the estimated delivery date.

This shipping method is available for shipments to the contiguous U/S states, Alaska, Hawaii, U/S Territories, PO Boxes and APO/FPO addresses. Shipping outside the contiguous U/S states may experience longer transit times.

Expedited and Premium

This shipping method is available for shipments to contiguous U.S. states, Alaska and Hawaii addresses only.

Processing Time

Orders are typically processed for shipment in 1 to 2 business days.

Shipping Restrictions

Not all Shipping Methods are available for all shipping addresses. Refer to the Shipping details above for available Shipping Methods for your address.

 

Due to Covid-19 many post offices are experience staff shortage and delays are possible during these times. We are working diligently to minimize shipping delays and interruptions while adhering to the extreme care and safety precautions we have put in place. Please note that when you place an order, there may be fulfillment delays.

You may also experience tracking, shipping, and delivery delays as delivery services work to fulfill an increase in online orders during this time.

 Delivery Issues: 

Not Delivered: USPS delivery vehicles use GPS that can automatically update a package as "delivered" prematurely. Please wait another business day, as the package could have been marked as delivered by mistake, and will arrive the following day.

If for some reason, you still have not received your package. Please Contact your local USPS post office as your local post office will be able to provide quicker, and better service. Ask who delivered the package, and ask for the details of that day's delivery. USPS is used to these questions, and will generally provide helpful information.

After 7 days, If the package still does not show up, please call USPS to file a claim.

No Tracking information: Please contact us at Customercare@steelskin.co to confirm that your correct email address was entered. 

RETURNS:

All Steel Skin products in accordance with federal and state guidelines and for the safety of our consumers, suppliers and carriers, are non-returnable and non-refundable. If you have a non-returnable item that arrived damaged or defective please contact Customercare@steelskin.co. Steel Skin is not responsible for return postage, the cost of insurance, or lost or undelivered items.

If your package is lost or undelivered, please contact your local post office first, if you have any shipment issues via in-person or online. We do not have access to any information once it leaves our facility.
